Shadow Creek Ranch is a 3,500-acre master-planned community in Pearland, Texas, just south of Houston.

In its 7th year of sales, Shadow Creek Ranch was looking for a fresh approach to garner more interest in the community.

Working in partnership with Newton Design Marketing, Lisa Browne Marketing developed a state-of-the-art web site which utilizes all of the latest technologies to present the community to home shoppers. The website introduces many new features including:

• Live chat with home-buying experts.
• A “concierge” greets you at each main section to tell you what you’ll find out about Shadow Creek in regards to Community, Recreation, Location and Homes.
• Interactive site plans, photo galleries, virtual tour and video present the natural beauty of Shadow Creek's lakes and trails, the recreation centers with water parks and sports facilities and nearby shopping, such as Pearland Town Center with Macy’s, Dillard’s and more.
• An Interactive Area Map shows areas of interest around the Houston area.
• An Inventory page with a search feature that helps prospects find homes under construction that fit their criteria.
• Spanish version of the entire web site with the concierge speaking in Spanish as well.
• Google translator to translate the text in the site to many additional languages.
